Terms of service

These terms cover the electronic services currently provided on mioduszewsky.com: the contact form and call-booking tool. They follow the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (18 July 2002). They do not cover paid project work — any paid engagement is agreed separately, in writing, before it begins.

1. Who provides this service

2. What these terms cover

• Contact form — sending a message through the form on /contact.
• Call booking — scheduling a call through the embedded Google Calendar booking tool.

Both are free, informational services meant to start a conversation. Neither creates a paid contract by itself. If we agree to work together, that is a separate agreement with its own scope, price and schedule.

3. Technical requirements

To use these services you need a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled, an internet connection, and a valid email address you can access.

4. Rules of use

You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content through the contact form, and not to use it to send unsolicited advertising (spam). Messages that look automated or abusive may be ignored or blocked.

5. How the service starts and ends

Submitting the contact form, or booking a call, is a request to use the service — it is accepted the moment you send it, and it ends once I have replied to your message or the booked call has taken place. You can stop using either service at any time simply by not using it again; there is nothing to cancel.

6. Complaints

If something about the form or booking tool does not work as expected (for example, you get an error, or never receive a reply), email kacper@mioduszewsky.com describing what happened. I aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Data and privacy

What data is collected through these services and how it is used is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law.

9. Changes

If the scope of these services changes (for example, if a paid checkout is added to the site), these terms will be updated first and the “last updated” date above will change.
